Bienvenu, herzlichen Wilkommen, Welcome! I'm the author of this blog. I'm an English girl who's passionate about foreign culture, cinema and literature. In what little spare time I get - between being a dedicated student and a die-hard procrastinator - I've fallen for a few pastimes: foreign languages, creative writing, literature and travelling.
History of the Best Things
I've a confession to make. I'm guilty of blog-neglect. I started this blog in 2011, when I was still in my GCSE stage and had more time on my hands than was healthy. I ran it as a vintage fashion blog, which inevitably fizzled out as A Levels took over my life.
Looking to the future
Since then, I've discovered myself a bit more and my interests have dramatically changed and honed themselves, so I'm going to try and revive this poor, unloved blog over the summer. Conveniently, I'm spending the summer in Austria, teaching English in a summer camp - so I'll have plenty to blog about! In the mean time, enjoy my blog and feel free to comment whenever you see fit; I love seeing opinions and feedback!
